Marine Technician – Twin Anchors Houseboats

| Job Function: |
• Perform inspections, repairs and routine maintenance in accordance with the procedures of the Quality System and meet time commitments.
|
Duties and
Responsibilities: |
• Performs inspections on returning houseboats
• Investigates and completes necessary repairs based on customer concerns
• Completes necessary repairs to rental boats on water and in dry dock
• Performs winterizing operations and spring preparations as required
• Performs functions of customer service as required
• Performs other duties or support to co-workers as the pressures dictate within the Twin Anchors’ environment

Required Skills
and Knowledge: |
• Certified mechanical abilities or similar experience
• Mechanic apprentice
• WHMIS training certificate
• Pleasure Craft Operator’s Certification
• Ability to deal with customer’s on a professional level
|
Preferred
Knowledge/
Experience: |
• Knowledge of Twin Anchors Operations and Manufacturing, or similar operations
• Experience in marine repair
|
