Housekeeping Personnel – Twin Anchors Houseboats

| Job Function: |
• Clean houseboats in accordance with the procedures of the Quality System and meet time commitments.
|
Duties and
Responsibilities: |
• Follows checklists to ensure completion of scheduled tasks within the allotted time frame.
• Reports damages to the maintenance department
• Replaces missing inventory
• Performs functions of customer services as required
• Performs other duties or support to co-workers as the pressures dictate within the Twin Anchors environment
|
Required Skills
and Knowledge: |
• Accommodation cleaning experience or proven ability to learn
• Experience working in a team environment
|
Preferred
Knowledge/
Experience: |
• Hospitality/Tourism or related experience
• ISO training or knowledge
• High school graduate
• Ability to deal with customers and staff in a professional, pleasant and friendly manner
