Twin Anchors continues to have a strong presence on Lake Powell. Six
new 75ft. Excursions and six new 44ft Expeditions will be available on
Lake Powell for the 2006 season. The luxurious Excursion will sleep up
to 14 guests and feature a vaulted ceiling in the galley, deluxe bridge
deck entertainment center, hot tub and complete appliance package.
The smaller Expedition is a great choice for families looking for a
comfortable home away from home while exploring Lake Powell. The
Expedition will sleep up to 6 people.
Tour the Excursion at the following boat shows:
Albuquerque SEP 30 -
OCT 9
Reno OCT 28 -30
Phoenix FEB 1 - 5
Denver MAR 2 - 5
Salt Lake
City MAR 16 - 19
The Odysseys’ were a great success at last year’s boat shows and on the
lake. According to Nigel Lamb, the Salt Lake Show was the busiest he
and Jeanne have ever attended with probably 90% of the attendees at the
show touring the Odyssey. In fact, so many people wanted to tour her
that the show management had to put up a crowd control maze, the only
time they have had to do that for a single exhibit in 25 years of show
promotion.
Wahweap Marina - on Lake Powell - will be the home of 30 Twin Anchors
rental houseboats in 2006. This marina, as well as others in the
region, are benefitting from a significant increase in water levels in
the surrounding areas. |

The CruiseCraft 5’s are in the water on Shuswap Lake, BC. The design
and building of a new model, especially one so large - 17’ x 75’ with
three deck levels - is never easy, but the Twin Anchors Crew were up to
the task. The 5’s certainly have a commanding presence out on the lake,
and reports on her have been excellent. They have proved to be very
popular this season, being rented for nearly the entire season from the
time they hit the water in May. in fact, they are already booking for
the 2006 season.
Proving that small is indeed beautiful, the new CampCruisers have been
a success all around. The MM01 was so well received at the Myer’s Sport
Show booth that they immediately ordered four more. Gary Myers, owner
of Myers Marine, described the boats as “durable, tough, rugged and
dependable from hull to top deck...” The MM04 and MM05 have recently
been added to the build schedule, and we feel the orders will continue
to roll in. |
